Photographer, director/cameraman, art director.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Ed creates impactful & considered imagery for a wide portfolio of international brands, working in advertising, editorial and marketing communications.

He founded visual communications agency OneRedEye (www.oneredeye.com) in 2006.

He is on the Board of Directors for the Association of Photographers, retains professional memberships to the UK Picture Editors Guild and the World Photographic Academy, and has been on advisory boards for awards & festivals.

Ed was a finalist and award-winner in the One Eyeland Awards 2013, Les Rencontres d'Arles 2012, the Renaissance Photography Prize, and was a semi-finalist in Hasselblad Masters 2010. He has been personal photographer to the likes of Harvey Goldsmith CBE and Sir Richard Branson.

Ed is regularly travelling internationally on commissions & is available for bookings worldwide.

Noir Basic

At the start of 2013, Ed travelled to France to shoot advertising imagery  and lookbook for luxury Parisian fashion brand Noir Basic, which re-launched at Paris Fashion Week. As photographer & art director, Ed worked with OneRedEye who produced the campaign. The embossed, leather-bound lookbooks were showcased at the most popular Parisian fashion tradeshow, Tranoi then taken around the world to be shown at numerous international fashion shows.

One Eye Land Awards

Huge congratulations to Ed who is a finalist in the One Eyeland Awards 2013 for his editorial series Women at the Top for the Financial Times out of 75,279 entries! 
Ed was commissioned for 2 consecutive years to exclusively photograph a selection of the world’s most fêted female executives around the world.
Matched with online interactive media, the portraits featured in the UK and Chinese publications of the FT Women at the top Magazine, in an online slideshow on ft.com and exhibited at the Women at the Top conference in London.
